    New Summer Hours

    Summer’s here so we’re switching it up a little. We’ve added some new class times and moved others around to help you stay stronger, healthier and happier all summer long.

    Strength and Circuit Training
    Monday through Friday: 5:00-6:00am and 7:00-8:00am
    Monday through Thursday: 5:00-6:00pm
    Saturday: 9:00-10:00am

    Youth and Teen Speed and Strength Training
    Monday and Wednesday: 7:00-8:00pm

    Teen Girls Speed and Strength Training
    Tuesday: 9:00-10:00am

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
    Monday through Thursday: 6:00-7:00pm

    Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
    Saturday: 10:00-11:00am
