It all starts somewhere

A NO frills approach to strength and fitness development. REAL Strength incorporates a wide variety of training methods to improve basic human primal movements. Each training session will involve some form of squatting, pressing, pulling, running, and jumping.

Bricks, metal and concrete

The Gym is a 3,000 square foot, former brass factory that is currently converted to a bad ass training facility. We have stocked the place with plates, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, tires, chains, squat racks, benches, and deadlift platforms.

Here at REAL Strength we live the less-is-more mantra and believe that time and effort is best served with a piece of iron or some other heavy weird object. We are like Crossfit in our keep-it-simple approach to the facility and programming. No machines, fad classes or silly hamster wheel cardio nonsense, just a great place to get Stronger, Healthier and Happier.
